What is "CRAFT"?
Recently the word "craft" is publishing (I think too much..)
『クラフト』とはなんでしょう？
最近クラフトという言葉をよく耳にするようになった気がします
At 4th July, SUNTORY will release new "CRAFT" gin.
SUNTORY is one of a biggest liquor company in JPN.
7月4日にサントリーさんがジャパニーズ"クラフト"ジン『六 ROKU』をリリースします
I think some people feel that the big company makes "CRAFT"？ that's contradictry.
「大手の会社が”クラフト”？なんか矛盾じゃない」
そう思う人もいると思います
But I think it is all right.
Because some small distilleries will be started in the near future in JPN.
They will make really "CRAFT" and unique products. But if it'll not sell a lot and quickly, they can't run the business.
だけど私はそれはとてもいい傾向だと思います
近々日本ではいくつかの小さな蒸留所が開業予定です
彼らはきっととてもユニークなクラフトリカーを作ってくれるでしょう
だけども小さいからこそすぐに成果がでないと続けることは難しいでしょう
The big companies can extend the market.
I think it is good for small distilleries.
Because it is better for small distilleries that the market is bigger.
大手の会社がクラフトビジネスに参入することで、そのマーケット裾野は確実に拡がります
そしてマーケットが広がることは小さな蒸留所にもよい効果となると思います
I'm a craftman in bar.
But I support "ROKU" with my best. Because I believe it is good for all craftman.
